Rory McIlroy Unveils Menu for 2026 Masters Champions Dinner

The Masters Tournament's official social media accounts revealed the menu for the 2026 Champions Dinner on Wednesday, curated by Rory McIlroy as the reigning champion.

The Champions Dinner, a tradition begun in 1952 by Ben Hogan, is hosted by the previous year's winner exclusively for past Masters champions on the Tuesday evening prior to the tournament at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

Rory McIlroy, 35, from Holywood, Northern Ireland, is a four-time major winner with victories at the 2011 U.S. Open, 2012 PGA Championship, 2014 Open Championship and 2014 PGA Championship. He has long sought the Masters title to complete the career Grand Slam.

The menu features appetizers of rock shrimp tempura, peach and ricotta flatbread, bacon-wrapped dates and elk sliders with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli. The first course is yellowfin tuna carpaccio, inspired by Le Bernardin restaurant in New York City.

The main course options are wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon, accompanied by Irish champ potatoes, Brussels sprouts and crispy Vidalia onion rings. Dessert is sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.

Wine selections include a 2022 Domaine Leflaive and a 1990 Château Lafite from Augusta National's cellar.

The dinner is scheduled for April 7, 2026, two days before the first round of the 89th Masters on April 9.
